RRS-1000E - the gigabit radio bridge working in the range of millimeter waves of 40.5-43.5 GHz of (Q-band) and 71-76/81-86 GHz (E-band).
The radio relay system of RRS-1000 is intended for broadband connection of two remote segments of LAN at a speed of 1250 Mbps under the Gigabit Ethernet protocol.

Target segment of the market - elements of high-speed reference networks of telecom operators, various corporate applications. The maximum operating range of the radio bridge with the guaranteed availability coefficient - up to 20 km in a clear weather.
Radio bridges of RRS-1000 have function of SNMP administration and can be controlled on corporate network or on the Internet from the central dispatching office of the telecom operator. In case of refusal the wireless communication line, the built-in means of self-diagnostics of RRS-1000 allow to estimate operability of the gigabit radio bridge in the remote mode.
At the average cost of laying of a fiber-optic cable in the conditions of the large Russian city of $3-8 thousand for 1 km (in the USA it is about $100 thousand for 1 km) purchase of gigabit wireless lines is even in Russia commercially profitable action. At the same time for creation of reference wireless networks gigabit radio lines are, in fact, the most preferable from the technical point of view - the competing wireless technology, so-called laser lines of atmospheric optics of FSO, steadily work only at short distances. Besides, the FSO lines are afraid of failure because of dense fog while for radio lines similar noises, including a city smog, dust and smoke, are easily surmountable.

- High capacity
The radio relay system of communication of RRS-1000 works in the full-duplex mode, i.e. at the same time transfers data with speed up to 1 Gbps to both directions. The largest practical speed recorded on tests of this radio bridge of 988 Mbps of full-duplex.
- Independence of an electromagnetic situation
Wireless RRS-1000 systems belong to radio relay stations of direct visibility. Feature of millimeter waves - quasioptical distribution of a signal (like a laser beam) and very narrow direction characteristic. Communication lines in any electromagnetic situation allow to lay it and also to create extensive city networks of difficult topology (mesh networks).
- Ease of installation
RRS-1000 transceivers are mounted on any vertical pipe and connected to network of the user using optical fiber or "twisted pair cable" and also the additional cable "twisted pair cable" for diagnostics of the radio bridge.
Range 40.5-43.5ggts (Q-band)
In 2008 the procedure of selection of radio frequency band of 40.5-43.5 GHz (Q-band) for use was simplified by the systems of broadband wireless connectivity of the fixed access. The new procedure excludes need of an execution of separate decisions of SCRF on application of the distribution zone in this range for each specific user.
Range is 71-76 GHz / 81-86 GHz (E-band)
The radio-frequency range of 71-76 GHz / 81-86 GHz (E-band) is selected with the decision of SCRF of July 15, 2010 "for application in the territory of the Russian Federation of RRS of direct visibility by legal entities and physical persons without execution of separate decisions of SCRF for each specific legal entity or physical person". On condition of fulfillment of technical requirements, operation of RRS of direct visibility can be performed "without design of permissions to use of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels". One of the main technical characteristics of compliance to this solution is the efficiency of spectrum use which should be not less than 1 bps on Hertz. RRS-1000 provides efficiency of a range more than 1 bps/Hz. Thus, any RRS-1000 installation, working with the frequency ranges of 71-76 GHz / 81-86 GHz (E-band), has only notifying character.
Delivery
The set of RRS-1000 consists of two transceivers, the radio module with the antenna, the power supply, the justified device and a set of accessories enters each of which. The device of remote monitoring of transceivers under the SNMP protocol on each transceiver is also included in the delivery.
