Within the project the following tasks were solved:

  • automation of work of the sales manager from the moment of the first contact with the client before agreement signature;
  • business process automation of connection and shutdown of services to subscribers;
  • organization of maintaining directory of services, bases of numbers and IP addresses of the company;
  • formation of the diagram of the planned connections of services to clients taking into account labor costs for the specified period;
  • the analysis of results of work of managers of commercial department by one-time and monthly payments of clients;
  • creation of a common information space for commercial and technical departments of the company.
