Solution
Consultants Ink demonstrated systems capabilities, carefully studied requirements, specifics of work of manufacturing enterprise and could propose the solution, needs for personnel management processes covering everything.
The customer made the following functional requirements of a new HRM system:
- compliance to the legislation of Ukraine (complete localization of a system);
- sales opportunity the politician of access rights to the data accepted at the enterprise;
- availability of integration interfaces with feed systems of the reporting in electronic form;
- existence of the mechanism of integration with SAP ERP.
The moment of system implementation of personnel management matched carrying out reorganization of HR processes at the enterprise that allowed to satisfy the needs for automation of all services occupied in HR processes (earlier existing automation system allowed to automate only process of salary accrual).
The project was implemented in 4.5 months that is a good indicator for complex system implementation of automation of HR processes.
Results and advantages
In the project progress within standard functionality of a system were performed:
- implementation of regular and personnel and organic and salary circuits;
- setup under requirements of the customer of a system of differentiation of access rights to production and supervision manpower according to the matrix of the rights approved with the customer;
- setup of an event system (by means of mail notifications of the responsible and interested in HR information persons – as an example, it is possible to give IT department which receives mailing about the employed employees for the timely organization of a workplace);
- setup of integration about ERP SAP (modules FI and CO) regarding accounting entries with required analysts.
