Bashkir electric grid company (BESK) (1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Motor transport)

In December, 2013 implementation of the 1C:Enterprise 8 program was complete. Control of motor transport of the Prof. Works were performed by specialists of the Ufa company Soft-portal project, jointly with specialists of holding.

Prior to implementation of the program, in the department of transport service (DTS) of Bashkirenergo several untied was used with each other and territorially separated programs for accounting of work of motor transport. Many transactions had to be executed manually. Such system could not provide the management of DTO of operational information about activity of divisions and department in general. The information system which would allow to automate operational accounting, accounting of orders, calculation of waybills and obtaining all necessary reporting in the uniform program was required.

The choice was stopped on 1C:Enterprise 8 software product. Control of Prof motor transport which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise. Especially important for us were such opportunities of a configuration as accounting of orders for motor transport, tracking of the status of task performance, the convenient statement and processing of waybills on different types of motor transport, effective accounting of fuel consumption and also compatibility with other software products 1C.

Before a new system the solution of the following tasks was put:

• Formation of the uniform regulatory base of vehicles
• Accounting and approval of orders for motor transport
• Statement and processing of waybills
• Calculation of normative and actual fuel consumption
• Simultaneous accounting of the fuel purchased by different methods
• Accounting of maintenance and repair of vehicles
• Integration into programs 1C: Enterprise and system of satellite monitoring of M2M
• Obtaining operational reporting

On December 16, 2013 the program is put into commercial operation.

In the course of implementation functions were automated:

Automation of work of dispatching service:

• accounting of orders,
• formation of the order,
• processing of waybills

Accounting of fuel and lubricants:

• issue of fuel and lubricants,
• calculation of a standard cost and write-off of fuel and lubricants,
• loading of reports of processing centers on detailings of gas stations,
• repair zone

PTO:

• maintaining the vehicles given about the park,
• accounting of units, buses, accumulators,
• planning of carrying out TO,
• accounting of registration documents

The financial block - unloading of cost data on repairs and fuel and lubricants in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program.

Now 1C:Enterprise 8 program. The control of Prof motor transport functions in 150 workplaces.

Implementation of the program allowed to receive the following results:

• Maintaining the vehicles given about the park, accounting of units, buses, accumulators, planning of carrying out maintenance inspection, accounting of registration documents in a single system became the most important.
• Time of processing of waybills was significantly reduced, the possibility of the detailed analysis of indicators of development of vehicles appeared.
• Time for preparation of the reporting in department of transport service was reduced, the transparency of accounting and efficiency of obtaining information by the management necessary for acceptance of management decisions increased.
