On February 27, 2015 it became known of implementation in Alesko construction company of the Evernote Business system from Evernote company. The project pursued optimization of the main business processes[1].
Project Tasks
The company increases quantity and complexity of the implemented projects. The geography of activity and a line of the completing products extends. As a result one of the main features of business — a large number of information which is subject to systematization, storage and processing.
For optimization of work with data since 2011 in the company the CRM system worked. However use of this technology at specifics of business of the company did not result in the expected results because of a "tough" database structure at the heart of a system. Many workflows slowed down. Therefore the company management made the decision to limit use of CRM.
"Initially Evernote appeared in the company as an alternative CRM system for the current projects. It played a role of a file store and allowed to create the small explanatory note about the project. Over time Evernote Business not only "survived" a regular CRM system, but also allowed to solve effectively a number of problems" — Danil Sidorov, the commercial director of Alesko noted.
Project Results
Using Evernote Business the personnel of the company have an opportunity to structure many workflows. In particular, employees scan business cards, create notes according to the results of a meeting, fix each stage of the project. After that information is located in joint business notepads, and any employee to whom this or that project is interesting can study the necessary reference information, links, phones and the addresses.
Using the notepads employees sum up the results of each working day. All changes are made using the text editor at once and are followed date. In notepads also correspondence with customers remains, documents — the Word and PDF files are placed in the same place.
