Absolyut-Soft implemented the solution "Management of the Cleaning Company" in Primeks company

March 2, 2015. The Absolyut-Soft company announced corporate projects completion of implementation of the Management of the Cleaning Company program in Primeks company.

Project Objective

Main objective of implementation of the Management of the Cleaning Company program - receiving the convenient instrument of financial control of marginality of subjects to cleaning.

Project Progress

During the project the following functions are automated:

• Budgeting of subjects to cleaning, including the automated collecting of the fact by all types of direct expenses on cleaning of objects
• Formation of documents of implementation on objects
• Collecting of requests for material values from managers of objects, their approval and execution
• Calculation of need for material values, formation of supplier orders, accounting of receipt of material values, their transfers on objects and write-off to production
• Payroll of workers of subjects to cleaning
• Accounting of the equipment, movement of the equipment of objects and back, depreciation, accounting of repairs and write-off of the equipment
• Planning and accounting of work of mobile crew.

Development Plans

As a separate stage of the project, creation of a subsystem of the automated calculation of estimates for subjects to cleaning on the basis of standards on execution of works and use of chemistry, materials and other material values is considered.
