The Sakhalin regional center of informatization updates the IC of charges and payments

On March 3, 2015 it became known of the beginning of works on updating of an information system on the IC UNP platform. Works are conducted by request of "The Sakhalin regional center of informatization". The contractor in the project BSS Engineering company.

Project Tasks

The state budgetary institution of the Sakhalin region Sakhalinsky oblastnoy center informatizatsii (State Budgetary Institution SO SOTsI) acted as the customer of works on updating of an information system of registration of charges and data on payments of the Sakhalin region.

The information system of registration of charges and data on payments of the Sakhalin region is intended for accounting of charges, details of services and the facts of payment by physical persons and legal entities of duties, money payments (penalties), charges and paid services.

During the project it is necessary to provide information exchange of public authorities and local government of the Sakhalin region with GIS GMP by means of a system, according to the GIS GMP formats of version 1.16.0.

Updating of an information system assumes:

• installation of the updates released during the period after the date of transmission of results of works on creation of an information system;

• commissioning of formats of interaction with GIS GMP of version 1.16.0;

• updating of documentation User guide and Administrator guide.

Project participants declared plans to complete the works on updating of an information system of registration of charges and data on payments of the Sakhalin region until the end of April, 2015.
