On March 4, 2015 the Melston company announced use of corporate social network Yammer.

Project Tasks

Because of geographically distributed structure and a large number of new employees information exchange in the company is complicated. The management Melston paid attention that interaction of employees of different offices is performed most effectively as a result of informal communication therefore the decision to use corporate social network is made.

A choice was made for benefit of Yammer, the Microsoft service giving opportunities of corporate social communications, guaranteeing security and confidentiality of data necessary for business.

"Yammer meets all requirements of the modern user and increases loyalty of personnel to work in the company. A feedback which is received now by company management and structural divisions, the highest quality. Also the relations in collective became equal, interaction is closer, mutual understanding is better. At last, through Yammer our many employees could just get acquainted, they work often for thousands of kilometers from each other, - Andrey Balyakin, the CIO of Melston group noted. – We see high potential in use of social network for development of corporate culture and business in general".

Project Progress

"Discussions between heads and employees are especially effective, - Dmitry Osintsev, the deputy CEO for management of Melston subsidiary companies told. – Since that moment as employees began to use actively the Yammer program, in the company several successful projects which earlier just could not happen, just are implemented because nobody knew about them".

Project Results

Use of Yammer helped to improve interaction of staff of different divisions, to enhance their involvement into life of the company, to increase the level of corporate culture.

By means of Yammer it was succeeded not only to solve communication problems between employees, but also to bring corporate culture to new level. Along with the important issues concerning professional activity, employees can discuss the hobbies, hobbies or participation in charity events now that does collective to more solid, and joint work of even more comfortable.
