ICL-KPO of AF implemented an electronic document management system in PSF Kennard

March 3, 2015. The companies ICL-KPO OF AF also DocsVision announced end of the joint project on system implementation of electronic document management in the Kennard private security company. Automation of work with documents was carried out by specialists of ICL-KPO of AF based on the Docsvision platform.

Goals and Objectives

For the purpose of optimization of joint work the decision on automation of workflow processes was made. The basis of an electronic document management system was formed by the Docsvision platform.

Project Progress

Based on the Docsvision system in PSF Kennard process of work with the main flows of documents was automated: correspondence and internal documents. Besides, at the enterprise all necessary types of reference books are configured, a number of cards (for several types of the entering and outgoing documents, organizational and administrative documentation) and printed forms of outgoing documents is in addition developed.

Result

The system implemented at the enterprise in day is capable to make registration to 100 new documents and 200 new instructions. At the moment the total amount of the database is 50 GB. The project is completed in December, 2014 and key staff PSF Kennard already managed to estimate reduction of time spent for processing and work with documents, several times.

In such conditions maintaining documentation in paper form imposes a number of organizational difficulties therefore we and made the decision to implement an electronic document management system to automate work with documents and, thereby, to increase efficiency of internal business processes".
