Functionality
Yoolla can be integrated from Asterisk-ohms. All calls are made by one click by number written in CRM. And at calls to the company at the manager the card allowing to create right there new contact, the transaction, activity or interest (lead) opens.
Mailings
Management of lists of mailings using the module "Groups" integrated with newsletter services of UniSender.ru, MailChimp, JastClick is available. Direct sending messages via the mail server of the user is possible.
Requests from the website
A system helps to collect requests (leads) from all the websites and landings. At the same time it is possible to change - the existing forms are used. The analytical module will allow to reveal the most effective sources of clients.

As a part of Yoolla CRM there are more than 50 different reports on different aspects of activity of sales department. Funnel of sales, Accomplishment of the personal plan, activity Funnel, Ratings of employees and so forth.
Financial accounting
The product helps to keep account of income and expenses for one or several home companies. Formation of sales plans, their control and accomplishment by each employee.
Description
Yoolla is the web application of the class CRM helping:
- organize effective work of sales department without additional costs on implementation,
- manage base of clients,
- keep sales accounting (including to create documents, to make out bills, acts),
- control payment and analyze sales.
- A system is delivered previously configured and is ready to work right after registration (for SaaS) or installations (for local implementation).
- Entrepreneurs and the small companies get from the system of advantage in the form of an opportunity to make out bills to the clients, to control payment, to generate any documents (including agreements) on templates and also to conduct financial planning.
- Business acquires the flexible system of access rights for different employee categories (it is possible to isolate completely, for example, remote workers), performance indicators of work both the individual employee, and the company in general more largely and also the developed system of analytics.
- Users receive a powerful management system for base of clients, including configured data fields, customer segmentation by different criteria and the advanced system of search and data filtering and also additional opportunities given by modules of expansions.
Program capabilities
- Management of clients of base. Clients can be integrated in different groups on certain signs - the industries (type of activity), level of the relations, territorial sign or to apply own signs. Besides, the module of Group allows to integrate clients in any groups, and the module Profile allows to create the additional questionnaire of the client with a possibility of designing of forms and their fast filling.
Work with the specific client is carried out in a separate Card of the client - special submission of all information on the specific client. It is much more convenient, than work in one window - it is possible to open at the same time several cards in separate tabs of the browser and to work with them without the need for additional actions.
- Planning of affairs. The system of reminders represents To-Do with enhanced capabilities. All reminders for the present day reside before eyes and when time approaches - the window of notifications which is followed by a sound for drawing attention emerges.
From the main opportunities:
- Purpose of a reminder to a certain date and time for or for any employee of the organization. It is possible to appoint also group reminder - to several employees at the same time.
- Control of accomplishment of personal records with fixing of result of accomplishment
- Control of accomplishment of the appointed affairs with the notification by email

- Accounting and sales management. Sales management in Yoolla is implemented through Transactions and the Sales plan using which indicators of sales form. At the same time in the program there are tools for control of passing of stages of transactions on dates (so-called Control points) and also the generator of documents of different types using templates, specifications and function of drawing of accounts and fixing of their payment.
- Analytics of sales. In addition to existence in a system more than 50 different reports, we gave an opportunity of unloading of all available transactions in the format clear to Excel and constructions practically of any reports using pivot tables.
All reports are quite simple, but allow to estimate practically any aspect of activity of the enterprise and sales department.
- Financial accounting. Accounting of financial flows is an integral part of business and any head needs to know at any moment - how many money the company what payments and for what amounts need to be made for how many money to wait from clients in a current period and in general - what financial result of activity of the company has. - Setup of access rights. There is an opportunity to thinly configure access rights of users in a system. Integration of Yoolla from program automatic telephone exchange of Asterisk which differs in the fact that it is absolutely free is implemented, has huge functionality and a possibility of flexible configuration. Such integration allows:
- to make calls with dialing directly from CRM by clicking a mouse,
- to write calls to the history of activities with attachment to the specific client,
- to define calling and to bring his name out of the CRM database,
- to notify on an incoming call with demonstration of the name calling
- to keep a call recording with a possibility of listening,
- to analyze activity of operators.
In addition it is possible to organize replacement to the services giving an opportunity to make calls to your company for visitors of your website and also tracking of efficiency of promotion companies (services of Call tracking).
- Integration with the website. Existence of the selling website in modern conditions is an obligatory attribute not only online sales, but also offline sales. And Yoolla can offer the excellent module - the Collector of interests who allows to make collecting, processing and accounting of requests of clients from the corporate website or the selling pages (Landing Page), to transform requests to transactions and to work with the client up to drawing of invoices for payment and the closing acts. Connection of an unlimited number of the websites and landings is supported.
There is no need of carrying out any works on the website since collecting of requests happens by e-mail - Yoolla reads mailboxes to which requests come, processes them and brings in a system, notifying the coordinator on receipt of the new request.
Using this module it is possible to collect requests from the websites, to process information from actions - exhibitions, conferences, from call centers or any other sources.
- Integration with mailings. Yoolla helps to manage subscribers in a newsletter service directly from the program - managers just carry the client to this or that group, and record of the subscriber is included in the specified sheets of mailings of service.
Special functions
- The module Client's Profile allows to create any Questionnaire of the client adapted for needs of the company with the set fields characteristics. The manager during operation with the client should not think - "and what information I am obliged to know about the client?", he just fills out the created Questionnaire.
- The module Control points allows to configure the key moments of the transaction and to control timeliness of their accomplishment
- The module of Discussion allows to carry out group discussions with a possibility of the invitation of participants and obtaining notifications about the comment. Discussions can be attached to the specific client or the transaction.
- The module Directory warehouse gives an opportunity of conducting simple inventory accounting and also considerably expands possibilities of the module Price list at the expense of the additional configured fields, maintaining a change history of a position of the directory and other useful functions.
- The module Knowledge base allows to keep the accumulated knowledge directly in a system with a search capability, viewing and printing.
- The module Search representations allows not only to make difficult search a request on records in base given, but also to save these parameters to reuse. Search queries can share with colleagues.
2015
there Was a release of Yoolla CRM 8.10
On March 2, 2015 Yul's company announced an exit of upgraded version of the CRM solution Yoolla CRM 8.10. In its structure new modules, reports and the improved interface for effective work[1].
The desktop received improvement of several widgets: except optimization of the blocks displaying financial performance (quantity of money on checking accounts and cash desks, expenses in a month and accounts in a month), "The funnel of sales" which can consider or only transactions with planned date in current month now, or all active transactions is updated.
In the new version "Quick search", located on the lower panel of a system, became universal and considers results of the found records according to three lists at once - to clients, contacts and transactions.
Within updating the design of cards, functionality "The list of affairs for today" is improved, the upper menu is optimized. New settings in a system allow to arrange more flexibly an accounting system to tasks of the company. For example, features for accounting of the closed transactions and drawing up the individual sales plan for employees are added.
Several new modules are added:
- Addresses: simplifies work during the work with the entering addresses or cold calls. Directly in shape it is possible to note positions from the price list which interested the client, and then to transform to the transaction;
- Web consultant: loads dialogs of the online consultant into base of the CRM solution and allows to browse them in the future;
- Warehouse directory: considerably expands possibilities of the existing module Price list and gives additional opportunities for accounting of the movement of goods in a warehouse.
Several reports were a part of this version: the report "Accomplishment of plans" displays not only the general accomplishment of plans for the company, but also monthly accomplishment of plans by each employee. The user can output the list of the transactions considered in accomplishment or calculate annual display of accomplishment of the plan by the specific employee.
It is possible to trace the analysis of history of calls and statistics of calls on days for the specified period using the new report "The analysis of calls", and "The rating of accomplishment of plans" will help to determine the employee with the maximum indicators by a margin and turnover.

Yoolla API
In May, 2015 Yoolla CRM started the first version of API for partners and developers. Yoolla API is the special interface for developers allowing to integrate Yoolla systems capabilities with your mail, 1C, helpdesk a system and practically with any other open web service or a desktop-application.
API gives opportunities for management of records of Clients, Contacts, Reminders, Transactions and Leads. At the current stage API it is available to interaction with our service.
Also in Yoolla CRM convenient submission of transactions in the form of Pipeline, setup of an output of widgets Dashboard drag and drop, a log of changes of data of the Client, Contact, the Transaction appeared (now all changes of data in the specified records are fixed in a log which is combined with the history of activity).
