MTS provided with communication the Government of Chelyabinsk region

March 12, 2015. The JSC Mobile TeleSystems company announced communication provision of services to the government and municipal institutions of Chelyabinsk region. Provided to MTS with the mobile and fixed services more than 1,300 employees of state bodies of the region.

In addition to traditional voice services, intra network and international roaming of MTS provided representatives of government institutions with the mobile Internet for smartphones and tablets and also the innovation M2M-services. So, departments of private security, in particular, across Chelyabinsk, Kopeysk, Troitsk, Yuzhnouralsk and a number of districts of the area, use SIM cards of MTS in receivers that allows to react quickly to non-staff situations and to prevent illegal acts.

For maintenance of the status of the leader of the mobile market among operators of the big three last year we carried out the largest for all history of a company performance in the region upgrade of network 2G and 3G, having begun with Magnitogorsk and Chelyabinsk and having finished with the most remote and small localities, including the Chelyabinsk Paris, Berlin and others. As a result improved quality of a voice communication, provided speed in 3G up to 42 Mbps and a reserve in development the next five years.
