Huawei CloudMall

Huawei CloudMall - the solution for assistance to operators in creation service - the focused network architectures of the data centers raising their performances and efficiency of use of resources.

The solution will help with development of the new business models based on cloud services and increasing competitiveness of operators in the market.

On March 12, 2015 the Huawei company presented CloudMall at the international Mobile World Congress 2015 exhibition (MWC 2015)^[1].

A system is based on technology of software-defined networks (SDN), is developed in three stages.

• Provides vDC-service using technology of virtualization SDN+VxLAN Layer 2 for first (CloudMall 1.0) of Huawei. The vDC service integrates resources of several data centers, increasing efficiency of their use.

• In the second, called CloudMall 2.0, using technologies of private lines of E2E Layer 2, Huawei allows corporate private clouds to get access to public clouds of the operator. The interrelation between private and public clouds guarantees cost-efficient and safe integration of corporate IT systems into cloud structures.

• The last stage is called CloudMall 3.0. Based on interrelation of clouds, cloud access, management and cloud applicaions, Huawei opens an opportunity for interaction between private corporate clouds, public clouds of operators and public clouds of third parties, and creations of the platform for integration of B2B-clouds where corporate clients can select and use cloud services as required.
