Project Objective
Among main objectives of the project it is possible to select:
- Production control;
- Control of storage of finished goods in an internal warehouse which has about 1000 paleto places;
- Control of issue of materials on production workshops;
- Automation of process of finished goods on the distribution center.
Project Progress
The implementation project was separated into two stages:
- Automation of a warehouse of production;
- Automation of the distribution center of class A. Power of the distribution center is 24,000 paleto storage locations plus 5 lines of acceptance and 5 lines of shipment.
