"VSK-mortgage" completed an implementation project of the credit pipeline

On March 16, 2015 the ProgramBank company announced end in 2014 of the project for VSK-Ipoteka LLC on implementation of the specialized pipeline for issue of mortgage loans.

Project Tasks

The customer imposed special requirements to functionality:

• to automation of the broadest spectrum of mortgage products, including, for special categories of borrowers (young families, the staff of budget organizations, entrepreneurs);
• to flexibility of functionality of a workplace of the realtor (which in the company more than 4,000) with opportunities for individual interaction with each borrower and selection of optimal conditions of a mortgage.

Active business development and plans for further growth demanded from IT solution of opportunities for scalability. Selecting the front office solution the company stopped on the credit pipeline of ProgramBank company.

Project Results

The project is implemented within four months. Among additional distinctive features of the solution the possibility of identification not of obvious communications of borrowers with other physical persons and legal entities is mentioned.

Decision-making according to the request in completely automated mode allows employees of sales points to offer, in case of refusal, clients the alternative terms for crediting which were more suitable their financial status.
