Choosing a Solution

For automation of maintaining personnel, tax and accounting in subsidiary company the management addressed to Soft-Unity behind consultation. When the Customer described the tasks facing an automated system, specialists of Soft-Unity carried out requirements analysis of the Client and suggested to implement two software products of 1C Company: "1C: Accounting 8. A set on 5 users" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management".

Goals and Objectives

The complex of programs 1C allowed to solve the following problems:

• automatic formation of the regulated reporting;
• conducting personnel records and payroll calculation;
• automation of personnel office-work;
• execution of primary documents of trade accounting, etc.

Project Progress

In in advance approved day service engineers of Soft-Unity installed the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and configurations on computers, tested a system and configured access rights of users, and then showed the basics in programs and answered questions of personnel.

Result

Implementation of programs "1C: Accounting" "1C: Payroll and HR Management" has also a positive impact on efficiency of the company. The management noted decrease in labor costs on transactions which borrowed much more time earlier. Specialists noted convenience of the Express checks function which allows to find quickly errors in accounting and makes recommendations about their elimination. Work of accounting and personnel department became more effective and fast that affected all company in general.
