Complex of solutions for automation of creation, storage and effective management of educational documentation and printed materials. It is delivered as a cloud service according to the SaaS model.

Services of service are provided on a subscriber basis.

SciOffice is a cloud complex of services in structure:

Specific Features

• the editor of SciOffice is focused on writing of texts of scientific contents. The intellectual assistant "holds" the author within a logical structure of the document.
• all operations on acceptance of materials, return and adjustment are made on the website.
• the work created by the author will be automatically imposed and to conform to standards.
• the aggregated materials of authors are easily and quickly compiled in the printing model of the collection, edition or benefit.

SciOffice moves ahead as the instrument of writing of theses

On March 17, 2015 it became known of an appeal of El Content company to scientific community: write theses in a cloud environment, using in particular SciOffice^[1].

"What occurs when you need to create the document? — about the idea Anton Titkov, the director of El Kontent LLC. — You open Microsoft Word or OpenOffice, write something, remake, edit. Then the document still should be processed according to some state standard specification or the textbook of methodics which, by the way, usually nobody reads. On this tiresome and not creative process a half of time leaves... We consider that for the person the machine should do such work. First of all we proceeded from needs of students, and them in Russia 7.5 million — to them precisely are useful our platform. But the goal for which we strive it that fifty percent of documents which are created in this world were created in our system".

According to developers, it is enough to user to log into the scioffice.com system and to begin to write. The cloud platform will contain about 1 thousand document templates of different type (diplomas, theses, statements, etc.) with the set structure, fragments and blocks which need just to be filled. The document created in due form as a result can be received in one click. In addition to each block examples and hints are offered.

For March 16, 2015 the developer company creates base of templates for service. The platform exists in the test mode, in the general access is going to output it in several months. It is supposed that it will be possible to use a cloud on a subscription which cost will be about hundred rubles for a month of use.
