Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution
Completion of a system was executed regarding the following functionality:
- Accounting of a remaining balance of the nomenclature at the same time in different units of measure (for the strip accounting in kg and rm., for a pipe in physical and theoretical weight)
- Modification of order forms on production and the report of production for change for the solution of a problem of cutting of a roll of metal, determination of weight and length of products (the strip, a pipe, etc.), checks of balance of metal.
- Automatic calculation of theoretical length of a pipe by production
- Expansion of functionality of the report on structure of change (with a binding to work centers and filling of KTU)
Maintenance:
Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued Individual or group training to work with an information system of ITS is made
Description
For automation of activity of Servisny LLC the Stillayn metalcenter the company management selected "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" as it is the complete application solution covering the main guidance loops and accounting at manufacturing enterprise. The solution allows to organize the end-to-end information system conforming to corporate, Russian and international standards and providing financial and economic activity of the enterprise. As the partner in implementation the company Intensive Center "Infosoft" was invited.
During implementation by specialists of Intensive Center "Infosoft" the following works were performed:
- Inspection of the enterprise and writing of technical specifications
- Completion of a standard configuration
- Installation of the software product

- Trial operation
During implementation of the software product subsystems were implemented:

During trial operation all economic transactions were entered into the program, the interrelation of departments is adjusted during the work in uniform information base. In total 70 jobs were automated.
As a result the Customer received a modern and reliable system which allowed to increase efficiency in each workplace due to control automation and accounting in the company.
Specialists of data center "Infosoft" perform maintenance, consultation, updating (updating) and further development of the implemented system within the information and technology maintenance (ITM).
