• Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
• The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued

Description

The implemented solution of MTs NTT company based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product.

The partner Software technologies began automation of accounting and tax accounting in MTs NTT Company which is the largest telecommunication company in Russia.

The main objective of an automated system is ensuring timely submission of reports to the state fiscal bodies and also an opportunity to quickly provide reports to the company executive. The main problems which the client faced it is incorrect reflection of accounting and tax accounting: not correctly income tax was calculated and simple equality of BU = WELL + by BP + PR was not executed.

During the project necessary tunings of a system were performed, interfaces and sets of user rights are created. Are brought into operation of a subsystem of accounting and tax accounting.

The expected results were achieved a system is accepted in commercial operation.

In a project deliverable functions on conducting accounting and tax accounting, control and formation of the regulated reporting were completely automated. The MTs NTT company had an opportunity to automatically prepare the correct regulated reporting.

Also it is going to implement automatic formation of the reporting in the higher companies.

Number of the jobs automated at the moment 100. A median number of the users who are at the same time working with a system about 50.

• Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
