March 18, 2015. The Maykor company announced outsourcing implementation to Sovcombank. On service of the outsourcer there are more than 380 ATMs and payment terminals.
Now Maykor is responsible for support of devices of self-service in the majority of regions of presence of Sovcombank. Service of multivendor network is performed on a packet of SLM – the second level of technical support including diagnostics, repair and spare parts zamenuvyshedshy out of operation. Recovery of parts is carried out based on own repair center Maykor specializing in repair of the bank equipment of different producers.
"Earlier the Maykor company rendered technical support services within several agreements with regional directorates of Sovcombank, – Nikita Remezov, the chief of upravleniyatekhnichesky maintenance and information security of PJSC Sovcombank comments. – Transition to a uniform format was caused by cooperation increase with the outsourcer in different regions and problems of decrease in administrative costs. The uniform agreement allowed without additional load of administrative to funktsiiperedavat on service the equipment in new regions and to provide technical support on uniform standartams with payment on the uniform account".
