Maintenance:

• Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
• The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
• At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
• Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made

Description

Need of operational obtaining the financial and management reporting became the reason of system implementation. Approached the choice of a system, being guided by functionality, compliance to the legislation, implementation cost and supports. The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system was selected as the most full satisfying to requirements of the organization. In July, 2014 TsTR LLC signed the agreement with RG-Soft group for work on system implementation.

• By means of specialists of group of RG-Soft company implementation of the following subsystems "1C:Enterprise 8 was carried successfully out. Management of manufacturing enterprise" at office TsTR LLC:

• accounting;
• tax accounting;
• payroll calculation;
• personnel management;
• cash management;
• purchase management;
• sales management;
• budgeting;
• treasury.

• During the project the following works were performed:

• help in accounting setting;
• user training to work about "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise";
• carrying out the express analysis of a current status of registers of accounting in information base;
• adjustment of registers VAT on settlement.

As a result the client-server option of system operation with simultaneous connection to base to 40 users is organized. Service within the information and technology maintenance (ITM) is performed.

• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
