Description
For complex automation of activity of the enterprise the most suitable software which completely met the requirements of the Customer, "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected. ERP Enterprise management 2.0". At choice towards the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2.0" affected the following functionality of a product: 1. Accounting in an end-to-end system with the uniform information database; 2. Ample opportunities of process automation of production, sales and marketing; 3. Scalability, prospects and prevalence.
Project objective - ensuring implementation of management accounting in the unified information system, for the purpose of implementation of a production scheduling system and purchases of materials. Specialists of Koderlayn LLC company implemented advanced functionality of a system, made necessary completions of standard mechanisms and also made updating of an information system at release of new releases 1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2.0.
- The following activities were as a result automated:
Budgeting, financial planning; Financial analysis; Data analysis and forecasting; Payroll calculation; The regulated reporting; Time recording; Order placement to suppliers; Purchase planning; Office-work; Accounting and document storage; Accounting and control of execution of instructions; Time recording.
- During implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2.0" to users was given high-quality consulting support.
As a result of 10/27/2014 advanced functionality of the accounting system based on the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2.0" was brought into commercial operation. Thus, the task of implementation of a production scheduling system and purchases of materials facing the enterprise was solved with the help "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2.0". For today 160 jobs are automated.
- Thanks to implementation growth of company performance in general increased, namely it is reached the following results:
- the effective organization business of processes as a result of optimization of information flows;
