Description

• The management of the enterprise (Plant of the Oil and Gas Equipment LLC) for increase in management efficiency made the decision on complex control automation and accounting and as the software product for creation of an information system a choice for benefit of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 configuration was made.

• At the first stage of the project our company executed delivery, installation and a software setup of a configuration, data transfer from the operating 1C: Enterprise 7.7 automation system (reference books Fixed assets, Partners, information on individuals and average earnings).

• At the second stage after formation of a core of the database of an information system training of specialists, setup of the rights and roles of access for users to information was provided.

• The configuration is used at the enterprise for automation of production planning, production (managerial) accounting, accounting, tax and inventory control, accounting of purchases and sales.

• As a result the enterprise information system as a part of 20 jobs is put into operation and are used at the enterprise for automation of subsystems:

• Production plannings;
• Production (managerial) accounting;
• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Inventory control;
• Accounting of purchases and sales.

• Within the agreement specialists of our company render consultations on maintenance to the staff of the enterprise.
