Description

Ural Wiring Systems is the joint Russian-Japanese venture for production of automobile wire bundles for car assembly productions Renault and Nissan.

The main activity of YuVS LLC is production of components for automotive industry among which there are wire bundles, an automobile wire of PVAM and low-voltage insulating connectors (blocks). The company makes all nomenclature of wire bundles for cars VAZ (the Classics, Samara-1 models, 2, Kalina, the Prior, the Niva):

• Bundles of podkapotny space (including management systems for the engine);
• Bundles of saloon group;
• Bundles of doors;
• Bundles of tail lamps, etc.

Implementation reason: the current information system did not allow to automate all key business processes of the enterprise. Implementation purposes:

• Automate purchase planning and productions on future periods.
• Automate all processes connected with personnel records at the enterprise: acceptance of employees for work, accounting of the fulfilled working time, sick-lists and holidays, calculation of the regulated salary, calculation of taxes, requirements planning in personnel, conducting the regulated document flow.
• Database maintenance of the reference information about regulations and specifications.
• Automate production accounting: formation of planned daily tasks; monitoring accomplishment of the production program; the expense accounting of materials in production; allocation of costs on production, calculation of actual cost.
• Prepare the reporting under RAS and IFRS at the scheduled time.
• Automate operational accounting of materials, products and goods in warehouses, to control stocks of Inventories at the enterprise; process the relevant documents, fixing all warehouse transactions. The program gives an opportunity of obtaining detailed information on a status of warehouse stocks.

Several meetings and demonstrations "1C:Enterprise 8 were held. Management of manufacturing enterprise" (the demonstration example with data of the client was prepared). Specifics of work of the enterprise: operational reporting on the regulated and international accounting.

As a result, the product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was implemented. The significant stage is completed. The automated sections and business processes:

• Accounting and tax accounting

• Cash management
• Personnel records and payroll calculation
• Production planning
• Cost accounting

The performed works: 1. Installation of the software product in workplaces 2. User training and consultations in workplaces 3. Adaptation of a system according to requirements of the customer Results of Implementation: operational obtaining the reporting, leaving from double entry of information, expansion of functionality. Plans of further development of a system:

• Production management with the diagram of production (detailing before transaction)

50 jobs, at the same time working users - 10 are automated.
