Migcredit completed creation of the credit pipeline

On March 20, 2015 the Jet Infosystems company announced completion of integration of information systems of Migcredit company.

Project Progress

Specialists of Jet Infosystems company:

• conducted examination of business processes and the operating applied systems,
• interviewed the staff of divisions – from call center operators to board members.

The purpose - the correct description and the subsequent business process automation. The business architecture Migcredit is as a result developed, information flows and points of integration are revealed, interfaces are developed for the implemented applications and the bus.

Specialists of Migcredit and Jet Infosystems companies coordinated work of all participants of the complex project. Its features:

• parallel implementation,
• upgrade of the applied systems (CRM CORE BANKING SYSTEM decision making support systems etc.)
• their consolidation on the basis of an integration bus.

Project Results

Migcredit and Jet Infosystems announced end of the integration project: 7 applied systems with different interfaces, payment gateways are integrated on the basis of an integration bus. Business processes and a business interaction logic of systems among themselves are developed and described, the accompanying project and operational documentation is prepared.

The uniform automated credit pipeline from the moment of the address of the client before issuance of credit and the repeated address allowed to increase significantly the speed of work with requests, transparency of making decision on issuance of credits and employee performance and also to reduce quantity of errors. The solution is implemented in 49 departments of Migcredit company across all Russia.
