Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution
Own subsystems of production planning, operational accounting of the movement of parts in production, order managements of buyers, accounting of waybills and a consumption of fuel and lubricants, the hierarchical report on end-to-end structure of product cost are developed.
Maintenance:
- Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
- Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
- The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
- Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
Description
JSC Altai Plant of Units - one of the oldest operating industrial enterprises of Altai Krai, specializes in production of the brake equipment. In 2012 it purchased the "Barnaul hardware and mechanical plant" making a gas-flame and welding equipment. There was a problem of the choice of the software product which allowed to consider specifics of both initial enterprises (the products which were available at the enterprises did not solve many problems of production accounting and were poorly integrated with each other). The choice of a system and the partner was made according to the recommendations of other clients, thus, for implementation the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product and the partner of Ai Ti LLC was selected. The main specifics of implementation was step-by-step accounting of actions and costs at release of nodes and finished products. Adaptation of mechanisms "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" to features of accounting at the enterprise was made for the solution of this task. The system allowing to consider not only release of nodes and products, but also all steps on processing of parts and their transfer from workshop to workshop and also to accounting of price-work salary on each transaction is organized. The Delivery Diagram block allowing to plan movement of parts and materials on workshops is also developed. As a result implementation of subsystems of accounting, production management, cost management, purchase management and stocks, sales management is complete. Thanks to system implementation, specialists of different services got the following advantages: Accounting - full accounting, fast reporting Economical department - receiving a complete hierarchical structure of cost value of the made products, the analysis of a cost structure PDO - accounting of operations on production of products, the delivery diagram of movement of parts Sales department - tracking of orders of buyers, the scheme of reservation goods under orders Management of the enterprise - "monitor" of all activity of the enterprise A system is brought into commercial operation, quantity of an automated workplace - 60, maintenance is conducted by own efforts
