The MiTek implemented EDMS Directum in TMH-service LLC

March 23, 2015. The MiTek company announced implementation of EDMS Directum in TMH-service LLC, entering into service locomotive holding "Lokotekh".

Choosing a Solution

Experience of the largest enterprises in the railway market showed, it is how qualitatively possible to increase controllability and efficiency of functioning of the enterprises of such scale, having automated processes of document flow and ensuring electronic interaction. This practice induced the management of holding to system implementation of electronic document management of Directum. As integrator of the project the general partner of Directum, MiTek company acted.

Project Plans

Within the project in branches, managements and TMH-Service depot it is going to automate the following processes:

• sorting, registration, consideration, control of execution of incoming documents;
• formation and mailing of instructions to contractors, control of execution of instructions, the notification of interested persons about execution of all solutions;
• process of the movement of outgoing letters between subsidiaries and affiliates and also in the external organizations;
• approval of orders and orders, acquaintance and performance of protocols;
• approval and execution of memos.

Result

Since the beginning of start of works user training is provided, a system is customized and brought into trial operation. The project covered 8 time zones and about 1000 employees more than 100 organizations of holding. For the purpose of ensuring continuous consultation of users the MiTek company organized the round-the-clock support service. Moreover, work of the most part of employees through Directum web access became distinctive feature of the project.

It is not the first project of such level, – the chief executive of company MiTek, Denis Kasimov shares. – Having debugged technologies, competent project team and the main thing – high-scalable EDMS Directum – we are going to solve successfully assigned tasks, having provided to the customer the convenient and effective management tool and control.
