Russia started the system of an output of nuclear objects from operation

At the beginning of 2015 at six pilot enterprises of Rosatom trial operation of an industry information system on decommissioning yaderno started and radiation dangerous objects (OIC of VE YaROO), the messenger of the program of transformation of IT of state corporation reported in March. Among such objects - nuclear power plants, storages of radioactive waste and also industrial and research reactors.

As envisioned a system should have three levels: corporate, local (level of one enterprise) and integration (level of group of companies). Start of a system began with the corporate level, the messenger of transformation of IT reports. This level represents the database yaderno and radiation dangerous objects where all primary information on them will be collected.

In a system the state register yaderno and radiation dangerous objects of the whole country will be maintained, and therefore data not only on objects of Rosatom, but also other governing bodies of atomic energy —the Ministry of Education and Science,the Ministry of Health and others will be stored there.

Data on nuclear objects of the whole country will be stored in OIC of VE YaROO

In the message it is noted that in 2015 at some enterprises of the industry implementation of the local levels of a system which are intended for deployment in the organizations operating yaderno and radiation dangerous objects also began or will begin. All technical information and all accumulated knowledge of objects for their subsequent output from operation will gather there.

Rosatom calculates that implementation of all levels of a system will give to state corporation the chance effectively to manage both technical, and organizational and economic aspects of an output of objects from operation. This solution allows to plan works on an output in the long term and to manage effectively the gained knowledge for implementation of already coming to the end output stages.

Besides, application of a system should promote cost reduction due to exact and effective planning of terms and resources — with its help it is possible to calculate finance costs on implementation of future projects, and at restriction of the amounts of financing quickly to define the most priority constructions for decommissioning.
