New service for subscribers of Vodokanal from Business of IT company

Specialists of Business of IT company developed in the spring of 2015 the service designed to improve interaction of the Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise of Stavropol and subscribers – the Personal account. This service allows any subscriber to obtain up-to-date information about the personal account, charges and payments, to transfer indications of metering devices and to quickly make many other transactions.

From May to June, 2013 at the enterprise works on implementation of an automated system "Vodokanal were carried out: Settlings with the population" (based on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 system the thin client). The software developed by specialists of Business of IT company allowed to simplify work of the organization when settlings charges, acceptance of payment, settlement with subscribers for water consumption, water disposal and other services.

From October, 2014 to February, 2015 Business IT Group carried out works on implementation of a personal account of the subscriber to Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise. Service represents 1C-Bitrix designed on the platform the website which provides to the individual (subscriber) operational information about a status of the personal account and transfers data to Vodokanal.

The functionality of a personal account allows:

* to make the subscriber's input in a personal account by the password or anonymously by number of the personal account;

  • browse information on the subscriber (the Full Name, the address, the connected metering devices, standards, quantity living the area, contact information);
  • browse the history of charges and payments;
  • browse the history of indications of metering devices;
  • transfer indications of metering devices;
  • create receipts;
  • make out requests for the controller's call.

The modern platform 1C-Bitrix allows the administrator of a personal account to be engaged without the assistance of programmers in maintenance, change of design, entering of minor changes into work of a personal account.

This service is intended to render the qualified help to residents of Stavropol Krai and to reduce labor costs by processing of large volume of information on subscribers.
