Work on adaptation of the standard solution

As part of the adaptation, the following improvements were made:

  • generation of standard cost per production plan
  • generation of shipping support documents (typical technological work order)
  • accounting of responsible storage with accounting on off-balance-sheet accounts
  • generation of plans in section of construction site, construction object, facility floor.
  • processing of shipment both in storage units and in combined unit m3.
  • NSI centralized control mechanism based on the dedicated Master Base
  • transport planning mechanism with maintenance of transport requests

  • adaptation of the mechanism for reflecting additional costs.

Description

In order to ensure full management of all types of accounting at the enterprise, the company's management decided to introduce a unified information system that allows reflecting the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, covering the main business processes. To solve this problem, the software product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" was chosen, since this system has a user-friendly interface, a flexible system for customizing the program for company processes and the necessary functionality:

  • production accounting and planning;
  • regulated accounting;
  • developed mechanisms for data acquisition and analysis.

LAD-Proekt LLC was chosen as the implementation contractor. The main customer was the management company of the largest construction holding Zhilstroy-NN - LLC Vira. Project objectives:

  • centralization of NSI;
  • automation of finished product output accounting processes;
  • automation of accounting and cost movement processes;
  • automation of planned cost calculation processes;
  • automation of actual cost calculation processes;
  • support of shipment and delivery of concrete products to construction facilities;
  • automation of planning processes in the section of the construction object and the construction site;
  • rationing of costs for production of concrete products;
  • realization of the possibility of planned cost estimation of house construction;
  • automation of accounting and tax accounting processes, including calculation of income tax.

The project team was also tasked with creating a template solution for the company's production sites and implementing it. During the project, the specialists of LAD-Project LLC performed the following works:

  • development of template solution based on 1S:UPP;
  • deployment and adjustment of template solution with NSI centralization;
  • full closing of the first accounting quarter in regulated accounting;
  • training of key users at two production sites;
  • putting the solution into commercial operation at 2 production sites

The main goal within the framework of the project was achieved by the specialists of LAD-Project LLC within 9 months with the transfer to a single system with the centralization of NSI of two production sites:

  • ZKPD-70 SCL; (Krupnopanelny Domostroeniya plant)
  • ZKPD-32 SCL.

As a result of the project:

  • the transparency of the cost movement has been significantly increased;
  • receipt of reliable information on the cost of production in the planned and actual estimates with the possibility of cost-based analysis;
  • the full cycle of obtaining regulated reporting has been implemented.

  • automated processes of sales and purchasing, warehouse and production management.

Currently, the automation project is at the stage of industrial operation. At the same time, about 60 users work in three databases. Number of workstations: 100 Next, automation is planned:

  • Implementation of template solution in construction company.
  • The Treasury Administration.
  • Implementation and setting of budgeting.
  • Introduction of payroll and personnel accounting.
  • Transfer to the template solution of other holding companies.
