Description

  • Accounting of different activities in Technical holding "Elektrosistemy" which includes Elektrosistemy LLC was conducted not on a centralized basis, required big time, labor and finance costs. The management did not obtain operational information about current situation. Implementation of the modern software product capable to automate activity of the enterprise and to reduce labor input of conducting accounting and tax accounting, would allow to fix these problems.
  • The PiterSoft company is selected for work on automation. The multifunction solution on the 1C: Enterprise platform - "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which was selected for the solution of assigned tasks is capable to provide full complex automation of such large enterprise.
  • Cooperation on system implementation began in 2009. In November, 2009 the accounting subsystem capable to provide the solution of all tasks facing accounting service of the enterprise to process initial data with the minimum costs of time was successfully implemented and, the main thing to receive ready results about work of the organization in the shortest possible time.
  • In 2010-2014 effective cooperation was continued within the agreement of maintenance. Specialists of PiterSoft company implemented advanced functionality of a system, made necessary completions of standard mechanisms and also made updating of an information system at release of new releases "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

During implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" users were given high-quality consulting support. As a result on June "25", 2014 advanced functionality of the accounting system based on the software product "1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8" it was brought into commercial operation. 50 jobs are automated. Thus, the task of complex automation of the enterprise and reduction of labor input of accounting facing the enterprise was solved with the help "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". As the CEO of Elektrosistemy LLC A.G. Shestilov notes: "As a result of implementation the efficiency of activity of accounting increased, terms and labor costs were reduced by reporting. Accounting became transparent and reliable. There was a possibility of control of cash flow in real time. The management of the enterprise got online access to information necessary for control over activity of the enterprise". Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of the routine transactions which were earlier made manually. The interface of the program was easy to use, it became pleasant and convenient to work.
