Description
- The plant's management made the decision on automation, upgrade and optimization of all business of processes of plant that influenced the solution to implement the new system of the software which would integrate all processes in one information space.
As earlier the plant used software products on the 1C Platform, and the choice was stopped on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" which satisfies to all needs of the client.
- In this system all divisions of production company are joint, beginning from production and finishing with sale of products. Reporting by financial department also became more automated. Now it is possible to create all reporting, having set only necessary parameters. Earlier it was necessary to unload data and to arrange for formation of the necessary report.

- As a result of implementation the plant received the powerful tool for maintaining and control of the activity.
- An opportunity to plan repair and planned replacement of account spare parts allow to conduct uninterrupted production that minimizes failure of the diagram and suspension of activity. Integration of a system about 1C: Document Flow allows to store electronically all documentation that provides instant search of necessary documents. The management can control execution of instructions, and approval of requests is saved from excessive bureaucratic red tape.
At plant 100 jobs are automated. The program is put in operation. Further maintenance is conducted by forces of plant.
