Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

1. Creation of the printed forms and reports reflecting industry specifics. 2. Adaptation of a configuration regarding the movement of fuel oil. 3. Adaptation of a configuration on accounting of the property which is registered for balance. 4. Creation of processings on package formation and printing of documents regarding settlement with partners. 5. Adaptation of the mechanism of allocation of costs on different bases. 6. Automation of claim and claim work. 7. Creation of integration tools with software of Sale of thermal energy, the register of payments, a consumption of fuel and lubricants, "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". 8. Creation of the mechanism of collecting and unloading of data in the centralized and consolidated statements (more than 20 forms).

Maintenance:

  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
  • The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made

Description

The user profile is JSC Murmansk Combined Heat and Power Plant. North-West Region, Murmansk. The main objectives of JSC Murmansk Combined Heat and Power Plant is development and a holiday of thermal energy, maintenance of the equipment in operating state by carrying out repairs. Consumers of thermal energy are the population and industrial enterprises of the city of Murmansk.

Automation system implementation reasons:

  • Repeated information input in different software products due to the lack of a common information space for display of financial and economic activity of the Enterprise;
  • Labor input of verification of the in-fed information;
  • As the basic software product for conducting accounting and tax accounting the configuration based on 1C: Accounting 7.7 which possibilities not fully corresponds to needs of the Customer within a circuit of accounting, tax and operational accounting is used.

Implementation purpose: the organization of a common information space on the basis of the general metodiko-functional, organizational, software and hardware solutions, on providing and creation of the centralized model of conducting accounting and tax accounting, the reporting.

As a basis for creation of a system 1C: Enterprise is selected. The product conforms to the main imposed requirements, is a scalable solution for large and medium-sized enterprises with a large number of users (compliance to requirements of accounting service of the Enterprise and also to the current legislation of the Russian Federation regarding accounting and tax accounting. Reflection of provisions of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, federal laws and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, PBU and other regulations, preparation of the accounting, tax and management reporting is automated).

The main objectives (the significant moments) for automation are:

  • Process automation of accounting and tax accounting on all sections, including accounting of technology fuel;
  • Implementation of accounting and tax statements;
  • Creation and setup of forms of the centralized and consolidated statements for management company;
  • Development of the block of the cost accounting and calculation of the cost value applied at the enterprise;
  • Integration with external systems: KIDO, payroll, accounting and sale of thermal energy.

The product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was implemented. All stages of implementation are successfully completed. The implemented subsystems:

  • Sales;
  • Purchases;
  • Cash management;
  • Warehouse;
  • Repairs;
  • Non-current assets;
  • Regulated accounting.

The performed works on implementation:

  • Acquisition of a set for the client;
  • Installation of a product at the client;

Results of Implementation:

  • Transparency of accounting: documents of implementation are reflected in full, the sales ledger and purchases forms in the automatic mode.
  • Lack of double entry of information (data are loaded from the systems of operational accounting).
  • The flexible mechanism for setup and unloading of the reporting of any form.
  • Reporting automation which formed manually, for example, receivables and payables earlier.
  • Preserving of the analytics of accounting used for reporting and the analysis (for example, use of Projects).

Automation of budgeting and planning, calculation and sale of thermal energy is planned.
