The Tserikh bank completed implementation of electronic archive

On March 24, 2015 it became known of implementation of electronic archive in Tserikh bank. Integrator in the project ProgramBank company. Technology - a software module "Electronic archive of documents" of the core banking system "Centaur Omega".

Project Tasks

The Central bank of the Russian Federation (Central Bank of the Russian Federation) instruction No. 2346-U granted the right to credit institutions - to organize a system of accounting of documents in electronic form and to store the documents connected with a design of accounting, settlement and cash transactions on digital mediums.

For the solution of this task the Joint-Stock Commercial Innovation Bank Tserikh (Ltd) bank selected the solution of ProgramBank company — a specialized software module "Electronic archive of documents", it conforms to requirements of the instruction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2346-U i ensures functioning with the documents in electronic form forming in the automated banking system.

At implementation of the module "Electronic Archive" there was a problem of achievement of specific purposes of business of bank in the field of electronic storage and document handling:

• develop the unified technology of access to the documents forming in different banking systems;

• optimize expenses on preparation and document storage of bank (supplies for printing, warehouse, transport and a postage);

• lower labor costs of employees of the bank (first of all, due to automation of routine transactions);

• reduce risks of loss or distortion of documents in archive.

Project Results

On November 12, 2015 the parties declared project completion of implementation of electronic archive.

As a result of implementation of the module are available:

• Formation of the storage units (SU) in electronic form on the payment orders which arrived in electronic form.
• Modification lock in documents core banking systems according to which DEV are created.
• Calculation of hash value for EH.
• Label printing for storage of EH.
• Printing of the inventory of EH.
• Printing of the certificate of quantity and total sums of DEV.
• Archiving of documents in EH.
