Description

The absence like that on some sections and an outdated system became the reason for which the client made the decision on automation. The pacing defining factors and selection terms of the automation system are: available cost of software and speed of implementation. At the moment works on implementation are successfully performed and complete. During the project the following sections and business processes were automated: marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), sales planning, sales, retail sales, purchase planning, purchases, cash management, warehouse, management of delivery, products cost accounting, non-current assets, personnel, salary, regulated accounting. As a result of implementation of the project management of the company obtains operational information about a current status of business, the overall level of process automation of accounting, tax and financial accounting is raised. Having provided thereby operational formation of corporate forms of the reporting. Within the project in the automated workplaces which are available 50 implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.2" is made During the project the following works were performed: sale of the selected software product, delivery in office of the customer, software installation on the customer's computers, collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system, planning of stages of works, drawing up the job schedule, creation of interfaces and sets of user rights, connection of the specialized equipment, initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting, input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances, data transfer from the previous automation systems, training in group at office of the customer. Further implementation of other subsystems of the software product is planned.
