• The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
• Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
• Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made

Description

• The new information system which would allow to organize high-quality conducting the operational, personnel and regulated accounting with implementation of accounting forms independent from each other was required for the company: tax, accounting and managerial.
• For creation of such system the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system as the functionality of the program corresponded to assigned tasks in the company was selected.

As the partner in implementation and maintenance of a system the company "was selected by 1C: The first BIT". Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" from the moment of start of the project performed consulting and methodical support, setup of the program under user requirements. Such subsystems were automated:

• Management accounting;
• Planning;
• Accounting;
• Personnel records;
• Trade.

In total 94 jobs are automated.

• As a result of implementation time spent for report generation was reduced. The staff of the company got rid of need of accomplishment of tasks manually.

A system is regularly updated on new releases. The high level of support of a system is provided.
