Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution
- the automated workplace is developed for production planning which allows to plan loading of all production sites for timely providing orders of buyers;
- the automated workplace of the manager of workshop which allows to create and trace production orders and by that timely to provide the needs of production for Inventories is developed;
- the automated workplace is developed for planned cost calculation which allows to calculate the planned cost of products according to the approved technique of the cost accounting and to create the shipping prices;
- the automated workplace of sale which allows to monitor payment and timely transfer to production of the necessary orders of buyers is developed.
Maintenance:
- The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
- Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
- Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
- The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
- Individual or group training to work with an information system of ITS is made
Description
At the time of the beginning of the project a system at the enterprise was constructed based on software products on platform 7.7 and allowed to manage partially production and to keep accounting. At the same time on some sections it was necessary to carry out the accounting manually.
Therefore a main goal of implementation of a new system was creation of a common information space at the enterprise which will cover all main business processes (sales, purchases, production) and also will allow to automate completely accounting and to construct a correct cost accounting system.
Tasks which were required to be solved within this project:
- Automate accounting and management of basic processes of the enterprise (sales, production, purchases) in the unified information system;
- Create an end-to-end system of accounting of the movement of inventory items from warehouses of materials and component parts to finished goods warehouses;
- Regulate and automate a technique of calculation of actual cost of parts and finished goods.
As a basis for future system the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product as it allowed to solve the current problems and also to create base for further development of a system was selected.
The following subsystems "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" were brought into commercial operation:

50 jobs are automated.
As a result during the project the following works were performed:
- the automated workplace (AW) for production planning which allows to plan loading of all production sites for timely providing orders of buyers is created;
- the automated workplace (AW) of the manager of workshop which allows to create and trace production orders and by that timely to provide the needs of production for Inventories is created;
- the automated workplace (AW) for planned cost calculation which allows to calculate the planned cost of products according to the approved technique of the cost accounting is created and to create the shipping prices;
- the cost accounting model allowing to calculate exact cost value of both end products, and semi-finished products is developed and implemented in the software product;
- the automated workplace (AW) of sale which allows to monitor payment and timely transfer to production of the necessary orders of buyers is created.
The main project deliverable - the enterprise has an opportunity to receive reliable actual cost of products and parts which allows to carry out the analysis and control of profitability of products and also effective search of reserves of decrease in cost value.
In turn gain of control of the movement Inventories allowed to reduce costs by decrease in level of illiquid assets in a warehouse and minimization of opportunities for plunders.
