Description

The OZNA company is modern diversified holding which part the enterprises of the engineering, production and service directions are. OZNA Group executes a full range of works for an oil and gas sector, including design, production and service maintenance of the equipment, creation of an APCS and telemechanics; management of ERS-projects and so forth. Products of the company are sold in all oil and gas extraction regions of Russia, the countries of the FSU and beyond.

Nearly 10 years the company worked with the self-written accounting system which support of the financial investments. At a certain stage the company management made the decision on transition to other, more functional and less expensive product.

Asked for the help of OZNA Group in the Chelyabinsk company of data center Softservice which specialists have wide experience of automation of large manufacturing enterprises. According to the recommendation of data center Softservice a choice was made in advantage "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" as this software product most fully corresponded to business needs.

As a result:

  • Preparation of the regulated reporting is automated. Now these transactions are executed three times quicker.
  • Preparation of the reporting under each legal entity and holding in general is automated.
  • Accounting of purchases is automated. On the basis of remaining balance and the normative reference information in a system requirements on purchases form that allows to estimate the budget and to make the decision on expediency of the transaction.
  • Accounting on production by technology transactions is automated.
  • Products cost accounting is automated.
  • Thanks to accounting and the analysis of the price-work salary wage fund is optimized, efficiency analysis of work of each employee is conducted.
  • In the daily mode synchronization of PLM/PDM of the solution and "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" according to specifications and technology processes, it up to 2000 positions of the nomenclature is organized.
  • Reorganization of accounting processes for the purpose of transfer of basic transactions to employees on places is executed.

  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
