Description

  • Due to the intensive development of the company and with the permanent growth of volume of tasks, opportunities of earlier used systems there was insufficiently.

The management of DOM-KOM LLC made the decision to pass to a new information system which would allow to manage the enterprise effectively. Earlier account at the enterprise was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization.

  • The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise.

Before the company there were following problems owing to which the decision to pass to the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program was made:

  • The existing system does not cope with the volume of documents;
  • In the existing system there was no number of algorithms necessary for normal work in modern conditions;
  • The used software became morally outdated by the opportunities.

As the main requirements to a system it is possible to select:

  • development of uniform information base for implementation of the existing accounting at the enterprise;
  • work in the program with big functionality, than the existing DB;
  • simultaneous operation unlimited number of users.

  • The important role when choosing an accounting system for company management was played that the software solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is a modern system, with big functionality and also that the producer performs support of an accounting system. And also when choosing an accounting system for company management played that the software solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" covers the main business processes of the enterprise, providing creation of a common information space for display of financial and economic activity of all enterprise. Before the project on implementation automation of primary operational activity of the enterprise was delivered.

In total 50 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Product data management - structure of a product;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Purchase management, stocks, production, sales;
  • Order management of buyers.

  • Time for formation of the regulated reporting was as a result reduced. Quicker reports for the management and salary to the employees form. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. Calculation of actual cost of production is implemented. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in warehouses, to manage purchases, to control profitability of sales. All production processes automatically are reflected in accounting and tax accounting.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
