AXELOT implemented EDMS in federal state unitary enterprise NPO Technomash

Project Progress

In the project progress the analysis of the existing business processes was made. Further the draft of regulations of turnover of documents using an electronic document management system was developed. Then installation and the 1C: Document Flow CORP setup followed, a system was integrated with "1C: Payroll and HR Management PROF". After personnel training trial operation of a system was carried successfully out.

Result

Development of uniform methodology of conducting document flow became result of project implementation. Processing of documents accelerated, time necessary on search of the necessary documentation was reduced, the performing discipline of employees increased. 50 jobs are automated. At the moment AXELOT renders to NPO Technomash services of information and technical maintenance of the implemented system. The company plans further development of the project regarding process automation of purchase management and the normative reference information.
