Krasnogorskleksredstva optimized IT infrastructure

On March 24, 2015 the ALP Group company announced project completion of complex optimization of IT infrastructure in JSC Krasnogorskleksredstva^[1].

Project Progress

The project team together with customer representatives developed an authorization matrix to all information systems and services of the company. With its help access rights of each employee group brought to current status, it reduced risks of nonserviceability of infrastructure and loss of important information.

Comprehensive antivirus protection by means of standardization, providing a complete covering of servers and workstations is provided. Specialists of ALP Group developed regulations for ensuring antivirus protection and software updating. The complex of the works directed to increasing the level of security of network (the work connected with accounts, passwords, remote access to documents and services, etc.) is implemented.

By means of ensuring fault tolerance and disaster tolerance of IT infrastructure, its key services, in the company the quality and speed of work with operational information considerably improved. Within projects on growth of fault tolerance and reliability of infrastructure specialists of ALP Group provided "hot" reservation of all services of the company. Unrolled new, more perfect backup system of all data in virtual environment (that in addition increased its flexibility and reliability) and also provided fault tolerance of file service by replication.

Project Results

Migration "1C: Enterprise" on Wednesday virtualizations under control of Hyper-V and to problem solving of this application connected with its performance and insufficiently frequent updating by means of migration of the mail server on Exchange, practically stopped failures and stops of IT services, critical for business of the large company. The continuity of the major processes of the accounting system — purchases, production, quality control, storage, sale, financial and management accounting is provided.

Due to reconfiguration of tunnels failures at connection to services of Martin Bauer companies in Poland and Germany stopped, information exchange between structural units of holding began to happen most accurately and quickly.
