Zarubezhneft upgrades the media systems of conference rooms

On March 25, 2015 the ARIA company announced completion of works on creation of an intellectual multimedia audiovisual complex by request of JSC Zarubezhneft.

Set a difficult task for specialists of the contractor: create a unified multimedia environment for the most comfortable work, having organically built in it the existing interior.

Project Progress

The first a project stage - creation of a multimedia audiovisual complex in the hall for meetings. The ARIA company fulfilled all requirements to equipment of modern conference rooms. Attention is paid to optimal interaction of all elements of a system:

• cameras,
• screens,
• video projectors,
• microphones,
• stylistic design of the premises.

Technical features of the solution provide the highest level of comfort for holding interregional and international meetings with remote regions: Cuba, Vietnam, others.

The system of automatic guidance of cameras of a video conferencing on speakers is implemented. The code of microprograms of cameras was finished by specialists of ARIA that allowed in to increase 10-multiply the positioning speed of cameras in comparison with stated.

The system of a sinkhroperevod for negotiators can work with four languages at the same time. For achievement of ideal display of media content specialists of ARIA constructed the superbright videowall with interpanel seams minimum possible today.

Any video flows, including sessions of VKS, can be broadcast on tablet computers of participants of the meeting. Using specially designed motorized elevators tablets can be hidden in a desktop surface after the end of negotiations.

All information broadcast during the meeting is recorded and remains for further use.

The head has access to the big data warehouse from all automated jobs: players, phones, tablets.

Control of components of a system of multimedia is implemented, both from a wire control panel, and from mobile devices of Apple or Android.

Project Results

— We created infrastructure in already ready interior — Pyotr Taranenko, the director of the department of infokommunkatsionny technologies of ARIA company noted. — At the same time it was equally important how to ensure harmonious smooth operation of all systems, and to provide their convenience and ergonomics. The comfortable space for effective work was as a result created.

Installation of a system is carried out in five premises where the most modern technologies are used. Need of preserving of interiors demanded singular solutions for installation of the multimedia equipment and attraction of high qualification of engineers of ARIA.
