Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
Description
- When choosing the solution of JSC Ak Bars Aero company the single accounting system which would allow to calculate cost value of the services rendered by the enterprise (trip flights, repair work, charter flights, etc.) by several criteria was necessary (by boards, divisions, cost items, types of vessel). The client had a 1C system: Accounting 7.7 and 1C: Payroll and the Personnel 7.7 from which the client wanted to go to force of the end of maintenance of these systems by developer firm. also the task of minimization of cost of ownership of a system was set.
- ITC Kazan LLC was offered to execute automation of activity of the enterprise based on the standard solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". At 1 stage of the project of ITC Kazan LLC the following documentation was developed:
1. "Regulations of activity of the enterprise" in which in a generalized view business processes of the enterprise were described 2. "Accounting model" in which the business processes of the enterprise reflected in accounting the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system were in detail described. The client according to the recommendations of ITC Kazan LLC purchased new servers on which a system is unrolled.
- The project gave multiplicative effect. Using ITC Kazan LLC the Customer built business processes which prior to implementation proceeded "in itself". The customer and ITC Kazan LLC jointly developed the system of cost accounting of the rendered services for this enterprise and fixed it documentary and implemented in the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

In total 50 jobs are automated.
- As a result the Customer independently reflects all business processes in a system and independently calculates cost value in accounting and tax accounting, prepares the accounting and tax reporting directly from the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system. The efficiency of the enterprise increased.
