Description
In 2013 the company management made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end information system based on the product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". Before account was kept in the Microsoft Navision and Microsoft Excel programs. Automation of managerial, accounting, tax accounting, budgeting, planning, payroll and management of personnel within a uniform software package and optimization of its support was the purpose of implementation. Staff of Management of OPTIMA LLC company made development of Technical specifications. During implementation 50 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are put into operation:
- accounting and tax accounting,
- cash management,
- budgeting,
- purchase management,
- inventory management,
- production management,
- products cost accounting,
- raw materials purchase planning,
- production planning,
- personnel records,
- payroll.
During implementation the industry specifics were implemented by production of ice cream. As a result of implementation the tool for complex accounting of all divisions was received, labor-consuming calculations which were conducted manually earlier are automated.
