Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

The system of production planning with forecasting elements based on automatic planning and resource allocation is developed. The genetic algorithm which allows to select the most effective production schedule by evolution was applied.

Description

As a basic system the product of 1C Company – "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected. Such choice is connected with the fact that for the purposes of automation the single system allowing to solve problems of automation of production planning, production accounting, shipment of finished goods was required. The selected product allows to implement all this successfully. Subsystems are automated:

• Warehouse
• Production planning
• Production management (without diagram of production)

• Connection of the specialized equipment (for example, retail store equipment)
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
