• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
• Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made
• Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
• Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made

Description

• Stroydetal-2 Ltd one of the largest producers of Stavropol Krai in the region of North Caucasus federal district on production of construction materials, elements of landscaping and road construction. Development of the modern enterprise is impossible without modern automation system. Development of production capacities and growth of business in general demanded a new accounting sisema. In 2013 the company management made the decision on implementation of the new accounting system. As the contractor the company taking the leading position in the field of automation of manufacturing enterprises in North Caucasus federal district - StavAnalysis was selected. As an automated system it was decided to use 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 which well proved in the market of ERP systems.
• Specialists of StavAnalysis company automated the following subsystems:

1. Accounting. 2. Tax accounting. 3. Payroll calculation. 4. Personnel records. 5. Production management. 6. Products cost accounting 7. Sales. 8. Purchases. 9. Inventory control.

• During the project individual and group training of users of a system was provided. System implementation allowed to obtain quickly the objective information about production costs, to analyze sales and to optimize an inventory control, to automatically prepare the regulated reporting.
