Description

Work of the enterprise is automated based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". However, in the course of work certain defects were allowed, instead of use of the documents put in functionality of the solution a large number of manual transactions was used that as a result led to discrepancy of data between accounting and tax accounting and also data in turnover balance sheets on accounting and tax accounting and registers of accumulation.

JSC Salavatneftemash asked for the help in data center Softservice. After carrying out audit of accounting and the analysis of current situation specialists of data center Softservice recommended to pass to new working base "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". Preserving of data of personnel records and payroll for all previous periods in new working base was the compulsory provision from the customer.

Project Objectives:

  • Receiving opening balances for January 1, 2014 on tax accounting
  • Identification of transactions which were reflected manual postings, their analysis and development of a technique of reflection of these economic transactions earlier
  • Reporting on accounting and tax accounting for the I quarter 2014 automatically

Effective objectives are achieved in full. Account is kept in new working base, all data are displayed correctly. For further stable work key user training is provided. The project is implemented in short terms.

Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances Training in group at office of the customer
