Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

1. Accounting of orders of buyers taking into account features of products is implemented; 2. Management of address warehouses using the data collection terminals (DCT) is implemented, including inventory in the shipping documentation, a complete set under VIN (formation of packing lists with automatic printing of ShK of packing lists) taking into account optimization of movements of operation of the loader at an order complete set, write-off in production, reflection of release in the shipping documentation, accounting of issue and return of the expensive tool to production divisions for each change is implemented; 3. Work of section of sheet cutting of metal, by the choice of optimal cutting charts is optimized, the release of Inventories, requirement for which is not present, thereby is reduced; 4. Exchange of up-to-date data on structure of a product and the production technology with 1C:PDM is implemented.

Maintenance:

  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

Description

Due to the growing production volumes and for process optimization of management of all divisions of Cheboksary Enterprise Sespel Ltd company, the management of the enterprise made the decision on formation of a uniform modern corporate information system which allows:

  • to quickly prepare and check the data necessary for conducting production accounting;
  • automate process of acceptance of the order for production of tanks; create production schedules;
  • optimize use of cutting charts on section of laser-beam cutting of metal;
  • automate address warehouses, including optimize the movement of the loader at implementation of a complete set.

Before implementation of the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" account at the enterprise was kept using the diverse systems and paper carriers that did not allow to obtain quickly necessary information, required considerable labor costs on input, search and the analysis of necessary information, complicated enterprise management. For management of engineering data and product lifecycle of Cheboksary Enterprise Sespel Ltd used system "1C:PDM" which is not integrated with the main production systems that caused additional difficulties when using these data in further planning and accounting. As a result the Company management made the decision on automation on the basis of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise". When choosing potential partners, rendering implementation services "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise", preference was given to Project IT Group Implementation and development were executed on "Model technology of implementation" which is unique development of Project IT Group LLC. All functional requirements of Cheboksary Enterprise Sespel Ltd were created by input of real information of Sespel Ltd directly in the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise". Based on modeling the functional completions revealed at this stage were executed. Successful test operation allowed all services of the enterprise to pass to work in the offered system in uniform regulations. Specialists of Project IT Group automated and finished the following subsystems:

  • Order management of buyers;
  • Order management in production;
  • Management of a warehouse (stocks), including address using the termil of data collection (TDC);
  • Management of technology preparation of production;
  • Volume and calendar production planning;
  • Production management;
  • Planning and dispatching production control;
  • Purchase planning;
  • Product data management - structure of a product;
  • Product data management - the production technology;

The implemented solution allowed:

  • At acceptance of the order to use the interface consisting of a set of characteristics for end products and thus to systematize the procedure of acceptance and the approval of the order;
  • To coordinate the order for production to planned daily tasks and planned daily reports. Therefore it became possible to adjust dynamically at change of the order for production all related documents;
  • Carry out operational monitoring of course of execution of the order with an opportunity vnositneobkhodimy adjustments;
  • Optimize work of section of sheet cutting of metal, by the choice of optimal cutting charts, thereby having reduced release of Inventories, requirement for which is not present;
  • Redistribute all works on the basis of the deviations revealed between orders for production and the accumulative sheet of reports for change;
  • Exchange up-to-date data on structure of a product and the production technology from 1C:PDM;
  • Automate work of address warehouses: autoformation of tasks for replenishment of cells of selection from store cells; formation of tasks for selection of Inventories according to VIN taking into account optimization of movements of operation of the loader at an order complete set; autoformation of packing lists, their adjustment; write-off in production; accounting of issue of the tool in the shipping documentation;
  • Synchronize work of the main services - commercial, production, technology and to supply - in a common information space.

Now all above-mentioned functions are put into promyshlennuyuny operation. As a result of the executed project on implementation of an information system based on "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" assigned tasks were successfully solved in full. 90 jobs are automated. Cooperation with Project IT Group company continues within additional consultations. The essential and distinctive advantage of Project IT Group company is developed and successfully used during the "model technology of implementation" project which allows to achieve the goals and the guaranteed project deliverable.
