The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Sales management, logistics and transport (SFM, WMS, TMS)
• Warehouse and logistics
• Complete set and disassembling of Inventories
• Control and accounting of serial numbers, expiration dates and certificates
• Logistics of an address warehouse
• Management of warehouse stocks
• Accounting of Inventories in shop storerooms
• Transport
• Planning of a consumption of fuel and lubricants
• Accounting of the rolling stock
• Accounting of own transport

Maintenance:

• Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
• Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
• Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made

Description

Before management company Polyus Ltd there were following problems owing to which the decision to implement the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program at the enterprises was made:

• The used technique of write-off of fuel consumption for section of heavy machinery required optimization;
• The existing accounting treatment was not transparent and did not allow to fall from final digits to specific documents;
• The used software became morally outdated by the opportunities.

The company approached the choice of the automation system, based on functionality of a system, accounting of the Russian legislation, support and implementation cost and also on experience of automation of other companies of the Pole Group. As the partner for implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" the 1C: Automation company having wide successful experience of implementation and further support of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected.

Within the project Management of motor transport and Accounting of fuel and lubricants of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program developed earlier especially for the enterprises of the Pole group were inspected, implemented and brought into commercial operation of a subsystem.

As a result of implementation the following subsystems are used:

• Control of motor transport;
• Inventory control of fuel and lubricants;
• Accounting of the movement fuel and lubricants;
• Inventory management of fuel and lubricants.

By a present situation data transfer in a system is executed, exchange with the adjacent systems is configured, training of staff of the enterprise is provided, consultations on accounting are rendered. A system is transferred to maintenance

Proceeds works on implementation of add-on units.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
• Data transfer from the previous automation systems
• Individual training at office of the customer
