Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

In the course of implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product the following specifics were considered:

  • difficult calculation of transport and procurement expenses on the 16th account (both on services of external partners, and on services from own divisions);
  • need to save data on structure of cost value through repartitions (the convenient mechanism of allocation of costs of divisions on the set coefficients with preserving of initial cost items is developed);
  • data transfer in reference books and a remaining balance from 1C: Accounting 6 and to fixed assets of software "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" is performed.

Maintenance:

  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made

Description

Served as the reasons for implementation of a new end-to-end information system:

  • need of transition from the outdate and not supported 1C: Accounting 6 system,
  • need to automate cost accounting and preparation of the regulated reporting,
  • labor-intensive process of calculation of income tax because of conducting accounting and tax accounting in different bases.

As a result of consideration of different information systems of the class ERP the decision on the choice of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product since the price/quality arranged a ratio was made and the staff of the company already had work experience in software products of 1C.

The partner in implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product selected RITs-1C company which is the leading Competence Center on production of 1C Company to Yekaterinburg.

The following functions are at the moment automated:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Personnel management;
  • Products cost accounting.

In the unified information system 50 users work.

In the course of implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product the following significant results were received:

  • the quality of information increased and the set-up time of documents and the reporting decreased;
  • the transparency of accounting increased;
  • users work in an information system, modern, uniform for accounting and tax accounting, which corresponds to the legislation and is regularly updated;
  • calculation of income tax is automated.

Further development plans for a system: transfer of other legal entities of group on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", involvement of other divisions of Fores LLC.

  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
