Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

  • "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" organically was entered in the scheme of the information system which is used at the enterprise: the single system of the reference information is used, exchanges with a budgeting system (bilateral), by a payroll system based on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8", a management system for merchandising based on MS SQL are adjusted.
  • Configuration change was made by means of own technique of 1C-Rarus Novosibirsk company which allows to update quickly enough available system to relevant release.
  • The technique of multithreaded document posting allowing servers of the company to distribute evenly loading in a server cluster excepting interlocks at gaining access to data is developed.

Description

  • In 2012 the 1C-Rarus Novosibirsk company completed the main part of a pilot project on automation of the production site based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product. With respect thereto the management of holding made the decision on implementation of this system in management company for the purposes of automation of accounting and tax accounting.
  • Considering the feature of the enterprise consisting in rather big document flow (over 40000 documents a day, about 3000 lines in the document "Report on Retail Sales"), the assessment of systems capabilities before the project was carried out. The held stress testing showed satisfactory performance measures.
  • Execution of works on implementation is entrusted 1C-Rarus Novosibirsk company owing to successful cooperation within the previous project and also existence of sufficient experience and competences of a part of implementation of systems with similar characteristics of high-speed performance. As a basic system the flagship product of 1C Company - "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected. Such choice is connected with the fact that for the purposes of automation of holding the single system allowing to solve problems of automation of regulated accounting, accounting of trade operations, the rent relations, management accounting and interaction of affiliates was required. The selected product allows to implement all this successfully.
  • At the time of start of the project the existing system could not provide the necessary high-speed performance in the conditions of quickly growing information volume (about 150 shops open every year, the quantity of fixed assets grows), as well as did not allow to adapt flexibly under needs of business. For example, carrying out calculations for lease was executed more than 8 hours, and maintenance of a product in an updating status to the legislation was complicated.
